No quotation or contract
Using this website, preparing a Project Workspace brief or contacting EcoFocal does not create a quotation, purchase order, supply commitment, agency relationship or other contract. Commercial terms take effect only when they are set out in a separate agreement accepted by the relevant parties.
Project Workspace and files
Project Workspace sends the contact details, project brief and any selected files that a visitor chooses to submit. A successful submission confirms technical receipt of the form only. It does not mean that EcoFocal has accepted a project, approved specifications or made a commercial commitment.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, graphics, interface, branding and other materials are owned by EcoFocal or used with permission and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced, modified or distributed except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful material or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Uploaded or entered material must be information you are entitled to use.
