Information this website may handle
Project Workspace may collect a visitor's name, company, email, optional notes, product requirements, packaging preferences, volume estimates and timeline. Visitors may also choose to upload logos, artwork, packaging inspiration or reference photos.
Only information intentionally submitted through the form is sent to EcoFocal. Workspace answers are also stored locally in the visitor's browser so progress can be resumed on the same device.
Forms, files and service providers
EcoFocal uses Netlify to host the website and process Project Workspace submissions. Submitted form information and uploaded files may be processed and stored through Netlify's form infrastructure. Uploaded files are associated with the submission record and are not described as conventional email attachments.
Netlify may also apply spam screening and provide submission notifications. Its handling of information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
How information is used
EcoFocal uses submitted information to understand a packaging enquiry, review project requirements, prepare a response, coordinate requested services, protect the website and meet applicable business or legal obligations.
Local storage, analytics and cookies
Local Workspace answers remain in the visitor’s browser until they are cleared, replaced or removed by the visitor. Selected files remain in the current browser session until the page is closed, refreshed or the selection is changed.
The production website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics or social-media tracking code. No non-essential cookie banner is shown because the current website does not intentionally set non-essential tracking cookies.
Retention and safeguards
EcoFocal should retain submissions and uploaded files only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business records, security and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to people who need the information for those purposes. The production retention schedule remains subject to final owner and legal approval.
